This document sets out the legally binding terms and conditions governing all use of the 93ph platform, including the 93ph Casino, sports betting, bingo, slot games, and instant game services. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or using any 93ph service.

All 93ph users must be at least 21 years of age. PAGCOR mandates this minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. Age is verified at registration and on full KYC. Under-age access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any bonus balances.
Each individual may hold only one registered 93ph account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the device, mobile number, or identity details used — is a material breach of these Terms. Detected duplicate accounts may be closed with balances forfeited and access permanently banned.
93ph services are intended exclusively for individuals physically located in the Philippines and lawfully permitted to participate in online gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Access from restricted jurisdictions constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Gambling involves real financial risk. 93ph does not guarantee winnings. All game outcomes on RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators. Live dealer outcomes depend on real game mechanics. Winnings are not guaranteed and past performance does not indicate future results.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits issued by 93ph are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry terms. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting or pattern wagering to fulfil requirements — is prohibited.
Any use of automated software, bots, scraping tools, or exploitative technical methods against 93ph systems is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach. 93ph reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and take legal action where platform integrity is compromised.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "the User," "you") and 93ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all use of the 93ph website at 93ph.org and all associated gaming and betting services. By registering an account or accessing any 93ph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an account on 93ph, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or otherwise accessing or using any 93ph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 93ph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 93ph service.
2.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 93ph with respect to your use of the Services, and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
2.4 93ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use any 93ph service. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. 93ph strictly enforces this requirement.
3.2 Age Verification at Registration. All Players are required to provide their date of birth at registration. 93ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension pending resolution.
3.3 Under-Age Access. Any individual who is under 21 years of age and who accesses or attempts to access 93ph services is acting in breach of these Terms. 93ph will close accounts found to belong to under-age individuals, void any bets placed, and forfeit any bonus balances. Real money deposits will be returned after verification, subject to applicable deductions for any processing fees.
Age Restriction: 21+ Gambling services on 93ph are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. It is an offence under Philippine law for a minor to gamble. If you are aware of a minor accessing this platform, please report it to our support team immediately.
3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 93ph services are offered to individuals physically located in the Philippines where online gambling is lawfully permitted under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 93ph services does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or location.
3.5 Capacity. By registering an account, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law and are not acting under the influence of circumstances that would impair your legal capacity to do so.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active registered 93ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — using different mobile numbers, email addresses, names, or other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if your information changes. 93ph is not liable for consequences arising from your provision of inaccurate information.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations, 93ph requires Players to complete a KYC verification process before making withdrawals above defined thresholds. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or voter's ID). 93ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.4 Account Restrictions During KYC. 93ph may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain services pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Gameplay may be permitted on a limited basis during KYC pending review, at 93ph's sole discretion.
4.5 Non-Transferability. 93ph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to any third party.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 93ph login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
5.2 You are solely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 93ph support immediately.
5.3 93ph will never ask for your password via SMS, email, telephone, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 93ph support.
5.4 93ph implements SSL/TLS encryption, session management controls, and OTP verification on withdrawals. Notwithstanding these measures, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable and that 93ph cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
5.5 If 93ph has reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorized use of or access to your account, 93ph reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation without prior notice.
All deposits to your 93ph Real Money Balance must be made through the payment channels made available on the platform, which may include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and available channels are displayed at the time of transaction. 93ph reserves the right to amend available payment channels, minimum deposit amounts, and processing procedures without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources may be refused and/or refunded, and the account may be subject to review.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus balances; (c) compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as published on the platform; and (d) 93ph's AML review procedures, which may require additional documentation for transactions above defined thresholds.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 93ph account holder. 93ph reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals pending completion of compliance checks.
All transactions on 93ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). There are no currency conversion fees for Philippine Peso transactions. Fees, if any, imposed by third-party payment providers are independent of 93ph and are not within our control.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 93ph, while retaining the benefit of that deposit in your account balance, constitutes fraud. 93ph will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to close the relevant account and pursue recovery of funds through available legal mechanisms.
7.1 All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, free bets, and other incentives offered by 93ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms shall govern in respect of the specific bonus only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are not immediately withdrawable. To convert bonus credits to withdrawable Real Money Balance, Players must meet the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotional terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally or at all to wagering requirement fulfilment. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at different percentages or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Check the specific promotional terms for eligible game details.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Behaviours constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusive play — are prohibited. 93ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotional terms will expire without compensation.
8.1 All bets placed on 93ph are subject to the specific game rules displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
8.2 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of betting. 93ph reserves the right to amend bet limits without prior notice.
8.3 Finality of Bets. Once placed and confirmed by the platform, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player, except where expressly permitted under specific promotional or game rules (e.g., cash-out features on sports betting markets where offered).
8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error affecting a game or bet, 93ph reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes. 93ph is not obligated to pay winnings resulting from technical errors, whether in the Player's favour or otherwise.
8.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are governed by specific sport-by-sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. These include rules on match abandonment, settlement timelines, void bet conditions, and live in-play betting cut-off procedures. For PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, and e-sports markets, the specific market rules applicable to each sport apply.
8.6 Obvious Errors. 93ph reserves the right to void bets that were accepted at obviously erroneous odds or with incorrect game parameters arising from human error, system error, or data feed failure. The threshold for what constitutes an "obvious error" shall be determined by 93ph at its reasonable discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 93ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:
10.1 All content on the 93ph platform — including but not limited to website text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of 93ph or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
10.2 No content on the 93ph platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or public purpose without the prior written consent of 93ph.
10.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 93ph platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any 93ph content.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 93ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of 93ph services shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance standing in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.
11.2 93ph shall not be liable for: (a) loss of winnings or profits (other than amounts correctly won and confirmed by the platform); (b) loss of data; (c) business interruption; (d) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind; or (e) losses arising from events outside 93ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures.
11.3 93ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside 93ph's control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 93ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 93ph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 93ph is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every registered Player account:
12.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to visit the 93ph Responsible Gaming page for additional resources and support information.
12.3 93ph staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may reach out to Players or impose protective restrictions where there are reasonable grounds to believe a Player's gambling is causing harm.
13.1 Closure by the Player. Players may request closure of their 93ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable withdrawal processing procedures are completed.
13.2 Suspension or Closure by 93ph. 93ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
13.3 Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 93ph reserves the right to retain any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation and resolution of the breach.
14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any 93ph service, you must first contact 93ph customer support and allow a reasonable time for resolution before escalating the matter.
14.2 Complaints should be submitted via the customer support system available within the logged-in account. Please provide your account details, the specific issue, dates, transaction reference numbers (where applicable), and any supporting documentation.
14.3 93ph aims to respond to complaints within five (5) business days. Complex disputes, particularly those involving large amounts or technical investigations, may take up to thirty (30) calendar days.
14.4 If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's established complaints procedures, in accordance with PAGCOR's mandate to mediate disputes between licensed operators and players.
14.5 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869 as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
16.1 93ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
16.2 For material amendments, 93ph will provide advance notice to registered Players via the contact details on file (typically SMS or in-platform notification) and will allow a reasonable period for Players to review the changes before they take effect.
16.3 Continued use of the 93ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
